Casper, My Favorite Halloween Program

I have always loved Casper the ghost. I have gotten my kids into Caper too which is fun for me because I get to sneak in and watch the shows with them. We have an annual tradition of watching Casper Saves Halloween every year on our satellite tv from directstartv.com. It is not a long movie, maybe 25 minutes long. It is just the right length for your kids with short attention spans.

In the movie Casper dresses as a real boy and goes out on Halloween. The only kids who will go with him are a group of orphans. The mean ghosts try and ruin Halloween, but Casper and the kids stop them and save Halloween. The story line is cute and There are some cute songs through out the program as well.

The animation is a little dated and my kids did make a comment on that at first. But I explained to them that there weren't always computers and that cartoons used to be drawn all by hand. This interested them and now they decided that they want to draw cartoons too which has been a lot of fun.

Another show that has been dramatically impacted by our switch to HD is the variety type shows like American Idol. It's kind of funny because sometimes you can see their make up more clearly and you realize they aren't quite as beautiful as you thought they were. However, sometimes you realize that they aren't wearing make up and they really are that beautiful!

Switching to HD was the best thing we ever did for our families television habits.

Without a doubt, my favorite snack to eat while watching TV is Jiffy Pop popcorn! Forget about that new fangled microwave popcorn, I like my popcorn popped the old fashioned way, in the tin. Who ever invented the stuff was brilliant. Who knew that you can have fun enjoying simple pleasures like watching popcorn pop?

The tradition of eating Jiffy Pop popcorn while watching TV started when I was a kid visiting my grandparents in the 60's. Jiffy Pop was brand new then and an awesome invention at that, popcorn that packed in a foil pan with a foil cover that expanded when it popped! Well maybe it was amazing because I was 6 or 7. Anyway, while I don't watch a lot of Ohio direct tv, my husband just signed up for satellite television, and I think I'm starting to get hooked on Jiffy Pop again. I think popcorn is the perfect snack food while watching TV because you don't have to take your eyes off the screen while you're eating it. Just grab a handful and enjoy.

When I make plans to watch something special, I make sure that I have a couple of packages of Jiffy Pop to satisfy my snack cravings. I was really happy to find that our local warehouse store now carries Jiffy Pop in bulk. My kids have now been left the boring confines of microwave popcorn and started to eat my Jiffy Pop!

Once a year my family and I plans a trip to go on our summer vacation. Summer is the perfect time to go when the kids are out of school. Every year we go to a different destination to visit. Planning my vacation is simple and easy and no hassle. I get on my computer and use my hughes internet satellite to get online. Then off to my research to plan on car rentals, hotels and how we are going to travel. I always choose my transportation first. How I Got All Worked Up

One of the best reality television shows I have seen since my satellite tv installation is All Worked Up on TruTv. All Worked Up is a show that many people can appreciate because of it's subject matter. The show deals with with professionals in difficult professions, the main characters on the show are Rick, Bobby and Amy of a towing and recovery company in Lizard Lick NC as well as a process server in NY and NJ, bounty hunters and so forth. Each episode follows these professionals around and show their most difficult assignments.

One of the attractions of the show that keeps me coming back would be some of the more colorful characters you see. This show gives you an idea as to exactly how insane normal, everyday people can act in various situations. I have seen everything on this show from a man busting his back windshield during a repossession to a 63 year old grandmother chasing a recovery agent with a broom around her yard and calling him every name she could manage. Another aspect I appreciate if the down home humor of Rick, his comments are priceless. One of my favorite comments of Rick's would be that a person would rather give a grizzly bear a back rub with a hand full of razor blades than to go up against him, humor is important.

On the other side of this, is a hanging beach resort, one of the amazing resorts in Libjo, Surigao Del Norte Philippines.

Do you like Papaya? I like both ripe and raw papaya; it is one of the healthiest fruits to eat and most nutritious fruits at all. Papaya is not only a nutritious fruits but they are delicious as well. It is also called a fiber fruit or the most intestines-friendly fruit, a cure of constipation. Apparently, it has many distributions and health advantages, most people have been patronized the products of papaya from bath soap, lotion, skin cleanser and other uses.

Papaya can also be an herbal plant; they made it as herbal medicine products by giving different names on it but only one origin source, from papaya plants or fruits. You can use fresh papaya leaves though on your face, I remember I have tried papaya leaves before for my rare pimples on my face, I chopped the papaya leaves in very tiny then I used to put it on my face for about an hour and so far it’s better than papaya cleanser products, it cleans and kills germs on your face as you can feel the forces and vibrations working on it, and your face is so soft and flawless. It’s amazing!

Eggplant has a variety of colors, they usually green mixed with yellow or white. Eggplants are a good source of folate and potassium but however low in vitamins and minerals but it contains a balanced complex still.

Eggplants are one of my favorite vegetables, I usually cooked it with eggs and fry since it is my favorite recipe. There are so many ways how to cook eggplants, it's either you can cook it on fire (on a grill), peel it and prepared with soy sauce or slice it with tiny and cover with scrambled egg and fry in cooking oil. The taste is awesome! Some people don't like eggplants as they don't like the taste but fortunately it is one of the good vegetables - it is not only for nutritious sources of vitamins but it is also a cancer-fighting phytochemicals vegetables too.

What is beauty? In my own words, when referring to a person beauty is a certain characteristic of a person, the qualities that give pleasure to the senses, beauty doesn't mean beautiful but otherwise it has divided into two different meaning, “inner beauty” and “outer beauty.” How are we going to elaborate it?

The inner beauty is simply referring to the qualities, manners or conduct, human act or character of a certain person that he/she shows among of the people surround him/her, it is the beauty that can only be seen by words and actions. However the outer beauty is the opposite, it refers into a physical look attraction that first can captured into a person’s eyes, it's either in attractive look or not. When we say beast, it is opposite of the good characteristics of both "inner beauty" and "outer beauty." Does it make sense?

Now, which do you prefer the good characteristics of the "inner beauty" but not physically beautiful (outer beauty) or strongly attractive and beautiful (outer beauty) but spiritually has a bad character (inner beauty) at all? Well, you decide!

Why people need to get married? Getting married is not only a responsibility it's a commitment where the two person want to be united and live happily ever after. But we know that as parents it's difficult for them to accept that their children are getting married, but would it be sadder if you witness your daughters/sons are getting older and have not been married yet? I know it's funny. But, it would be saddest if you witness your young daughter/son married earlier that you expected, right? Of course Parents will happy if they see their daughters/sons are happy. Marriage is not only a purpose of living together in one home but it must be associated with respect and honesty to one another, when you get married then it means you are not totally free unlike before, you are not a single anymore, don't say that you can do whatever you want to do because you are free, no, married life is different from a single life. For instance when you want to go anywhere you should consult your wife/husband first, it's not bad nor prohibited, it's natural in a married life. Because if you want to do what you want without turning your head you shouldn't have got married, that's so simple. If a person acted like this then they just want a chaperon in life (to control).

Last week I received an email from immigration saying that the current status of my APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION has been ordered (Card production ordered). It says: we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. It was such a good news for me! And the other day I received another email saying that the status of my APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION has been approved (Approval notice sent). It says: we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service. Currently I am waiting for the card arrives, hopefully soon! I am happy about this update. The effort that I gave on preparing the application by myself is worthy! Hopefully everything is perfect and no mistakes. Thanks God.

Guess what? I have received emails from payingpost or blogadvertisingstore says that there are 8 New opportunities added and I need to log in to my account to grab these opportunities or to check out the few new opportunities available for me. And also it says "This email was sent to you because when you signed up you were agree to receive e-mail notifications from us." What? And of course I did not grab the opportunities because I gave up on them , they are very untrusted network, they are not paying bloggers, until now they have not paid me yet, it's been 3 months already.

The second email that I have received from them was this "Sponsoredreviews.com, Awaits you to sign up and try us out - Bloggers and Advertisers alike. Bloggers can earn more money, advertisers can promote their products. See you in the blogosphere." This is so funny I don't think if they owned that sponsoredreviews, hmmm now it seems they are using sponsoredreviews or they are just criticizing this network. But I'm sure they don't owned that network because they are using different support contact (lol). Very deceiver people.

The winter becomes Bad!

The winter becomes bad, it becomes worse this month, and How much more in February? Oh my God I always hate winter season I've been having a hard time to adjust the climate in USA. But I was also thinking the north or the west part it will be colder out there, every day has a snow. So I am still thankful that I am living in Southeast part in the United States, I can't deal those places that are snowing everyday! whoaaa! That would be a nightmare for me! But it would have been perfect if we had lived in Florida, that's a perfect place to live - the climate there is very similar to the place where I used to live. I think even Americans who were born here still have not adjusted the winter yet (lol)! Winter time is terrible especially on January and February huhuhu, but at least we have had a heater in home, or at work that keeps us warm somehow. The states that are located in the North are worse so we the southern are more lucky (lol). Let's enjoy the warm in home! I can't wait to feel the spring on April or late march.

I love to watch "CHEATERS" show - my hubby is always asking me why I like to watch such show, well it's fun to watch cheaters who have been caught (lol) they deserve it! Since I arrived here in USA I have been watching that show ( I am so obsessed), you can also learn lots of lessons in this show especially to those people who are cheating or about to cheat in the future. Have you ever heard this show? Do you like to watch this show? I am pretty sure you do (lol). We have only had 2 televisions and I wish we could buy one for the other room in this way I could watch the show freely, because my hubby and I have different tastes when it comes to channel choices. Hopefully we could get an affordable one like for Television Cheap - I have found this resource very interesting!

This is the most interesting one- some of us are listing things that need to be reformed on a new year, why do we have this? Most common new year's resolutions that people usually put on the list are - health improve (such as loose weight, gain weight, eat better and exercise more), save more, happiness, peace and avoid being stress, depress and grumpy. The Opps and the Holiday Season!

Have you received a couple of Opps these days? This week I haven't received Opps or campaigns - it seems the blogging network stopped for a while for a holiday season. I feel bad I got none (lol). However, I have a nice holiday season because I got a nice and perfect present from my beloved hubby, but on the other hand I felt bad because on 25th I was not able to give him a present in return because the item is being late and delay, I was very upset. How I wish I could able to give him in return that time. Until now I don't know where the items go, hope it will arrive soon. I understand that it is a holiday period so everybody got a break or needs a break. I'm pretty sure that the reason of delay is they were taking a break for two days for a holiday ( I am talking about with online sellers).

I believe that Christmas in USA is to be silent - that is why it is called a "silent night" (lol)...But the Christmas in the Philippines is different because everywhere you can hear a noise (ha-ha) from the people itself to the fireworks. Friendster is pissing users off!

Since the friendster has made many changes to their network to make it beautiful to them the viruses has started to stick in their network, I don't know if they notice that but I guess they don't or they are just being deaf, they are updating their network often but they don't even try to look how dangerous their network is because of some viruses dancing and walking in it! They must have fixed first these viruses that are trying to piss-off users before jumping into the beautification of their network, it indeed does not make sense to the users, I don't understand if they are just having fun about this or what, or their developers have no knowledge regarding about it. Well, How I wish that you had not had made changes to your network you would have been no problem like this. You better fix your network before jumping into different changes to the network because even if it has the most beautiful background, it does not make us, the users happy at all because of the viruses, spyware, malware spreading in it!!! I don't believe if they were not aware of this one, I think they know about it but they are just not prioritizing this problem...

I have found a new network!

Writing a blog review is fun and a best routine to do if you are just in home and no job, you will be compensated and earn extra dollars in the household. But, lately I have got troubles from one of the advertising networks (and not only me but to the other bloggers as well) because they are not paying bloggers on time. Others got their payment after months but they need to send hundred emails before to get their payments. Dealing this kind of advertising network is very stressful. I was really thought that this network is reliable, responsible and mature enough to handle a business, but I was wrong!

Error occurred in smorty

A week ago I grabbed one campaign from smorty network and I was having a hard time to submit my post URL because of the error occurred. It keeps saying "The page cannot be displayed, there is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. Please try the following: Click the Refresh button or try again later." Have you ever experienced this before? I sent them email regarding about this and they asked my Post URL and until then I did not hear replies from them, and I sent an email again regarding about the problem and asking their manual acceptance because my Post URL will be wasted then, so I got a response saying they can do it manually but my post was terrible and it needs to be proofread for grammatical errors, I was not yet thinking about it or bothered about it, I did not close my post to edition because I was just concerned about the error occurred on their page, yes the post is indeed really need an edit because it was not finalized, and I've told that to them. However, I edited the post and submitted it to them, but then I did hear any response from them if it was accepted or not. I was thinking that maybe it was not really accepted but nevertheless they should tell me their real thought about it. But it's OK..I deleted and unpublished my post URL then.

To all bloggers I don't know if you experienced the same as what I experienced from this blogging network, payingpost or blogadvertisingstore.com ( they changed their name): I was very happy when I reached their minimum payout and afterwards I am not receiving payment for almost 2 months now, I am really sad, frustrated and disappointed, after all of being loyal and abide their rules ( as a great bloggers to them) they don't care at all! There are many bloggers working hard, struggling just to earn money from blog, giving time and effort to write a reviews to earn but it seems payingpost is just playing around to the bloggers, they don't care and emphasize the hard work and effort that bloggers have done to them - if there is no bloggers then there will be no advertisers nor payingpost or blogadvertisingstore. Till I can't receive payment from them I won't stop expressing my feeling ( the upset and stress that they give to me/us) - I will continue to express it in my blog. I believe that we are free to express our thoughts, opinion, or feelings ( and I can only express my bitterness in my blog), and this is what I feel right now to them, bitterness. It won't stop till I will not receive payment from them. And I am continuously sending an email to them and to the advertisers (even to a new advertisers to warn them) over and over again till I will not get the payment, and if really nothing's gonna happen, maybe it's time to report them in Google if they don't really change!

South Korea's economy grows at fastest rate for seven years:

Seoul, October 26,2009 - South korea's economy grew at its fastest pace for more than seven years in the third quarterm official figures showed monday, as Asia's economies lead the world out of its slump.

Gross domestic product rose 2.9 percent quarter-on-quarter in jUly-September and 0.6 percent compared with a year earlier, the central bank of korea said in an advance estimate.

The quarter-on-quarter growth was the country's fastest since 3.8 percet in january March 2002.

Asia's fourth largest economy had recorded a 2.6 percent gain quarter-on-quarter in April-June but the figure represented a 2.2 percent contraction year-on-year.

One a year-on-year basis, monday's figures showed that GDP tuned positive for the first time in four quarters.

"Industrial output, led by chips and automobiles, posted robust growth in the third quarter," the bank said in a statement. "Private consumption and facility investment also grew, contributing to growth."

KUALA LUMPUR, October 23, 2009 (AFP) - a baby boy who made a surprise arrival on board an AirAsia flight this week will be given free flights for life with the budget carrier, as will his mother, the airline said.

AirAsia said 31-year-old passenger liew Siaw Hsia went into labour on wednesday's flight from the northern island of penang to kuching on Borneo Island.

The aircraft made an emergency diversion to the Malaysian capital but the baby arrived just before landing, delivered by a doctor who was on board and who was assissted by the airline's flight attendants.

The baby was safely delivered when flight AK 6506 was approaching Kuala Lumpur for landing at 2,000 feet, the airline said in a statement, adding that mother and baby were taken to a nearby hospital following touchdown.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, they decided to present both mother and child with free flights for life, said AirAsia's director of operations Moses Devanayagan after visiting them in hospital.

No More OPP today

I can't believe that I could not grab OPP today, I did get nothing, one of my blogs has a PR2 and I thought I could get more OPP at this time, but it seems there is no different as before, the offers or OPPs are really slow, but perhaps in a couple of days it is going to be fine, because sometimes in one day I could get more than 3 Opps, but I usually expected to get OPP at least one per day but today has none (lol). Maybe there schedule has been changed again - instead of giving OPP during the day they will give it at night or midnight (haha), well the thing is I couldn't stay late just to wait their OPPs. Well, we have different zone clock so maybe they must roll over the schedule to every different states to be fair. Huhuh , no Opp, no Opp, it's boring! Today is my boring day of the week, plus one of the blogging networks has never paid me yet. SO not only boring day but a sad day. My one Blog Declined!

One of my blogs was declined by smorty, the reason of - the blog was banned for many months ago, I can't believe they banned it forever, it was months ago when they banned the blog, and I was hoping that if it fix they will accept the blog again to their network. It sounds frustrating and disappointing that they banned your blog forever once they did! Whether you are trying to fix it or not the blog is ineligible for resubmission on their network. Well, perhaps it is really include from their rule and regulation ( or term of service). It must be a good timing to add my blog to them because it has a good ranking now but unfortunately they won't accept it anyway. Watch out for the copying contents even if you solely own the copied articles or you are the solely author on the both copied contents because Smorty has no excuses on this, once you have an identical posts on your blogs they are going to kick out your blog from their network, and you can't able to resubmit it again. In short, there is no consideration at all. Once your blog will ban, it will be banned forever and ineligible for resubmission on their network.

I am very surprised today that one of my blogs has been risen to PR2, from PR0 it rises to PR2 can you believe that? It was very surprising because it is been months that they don't increase my Page rank they are just ignoring it (LOL). And more thing is - that blog had only had PR1 in it before it went down to zero, and now it is surprisingly rise to PR2, it's a good news for me because I did expect that my blog has still had a chance to climb up! Have your blogs experienced to climb down and up? Well, I did not expect that it could happen because it's been a while that my page rank has a rank of zero, I have been waiting for months that my blogs will be climbing up and it did! Have your computer experienced of crashing off by the time you open the friendster page? It is pretty disgusting. I opened my friendster today and then my computer keeps acting crazy, it says that my computer needs to be scanned because it has viruses on it, and this confirmation exist when I open the friendster and I got errors. What happened was after I log in the friendster page - it experiences freezing, hanging, crashing, and it closes itself. And by the time it closes they are sending me this confirmation box that I need to scan my computer, and then if you click OK on it you will be in big trouble becauce it is a virus. If you see box like that asking you to scan your computer don't trust it because it is a virus itself, you need to click the cancel to cancel that freaky virus that is trying to harm your computer. Friendster is indeed not safe, it is not always on safe mood, that is why it makes me moody by the time I use that social site, it is not fun anymore. When do they fix this kind of problem? It is really nice to feel if there is someone ( friends, loved ones) cares you, you can't feel alone and you always feel secured somehow, that atleast you are not alone and there's someone who's willing to listen, pay attention, and undertand what you feel. People have different kinds of personality ( either bossy, dominant, no cares, or humble, thoughtful, generous, etc.) but one thing comes to our mind - we want perfect! But it will not happen because nobody is perfect! We born as unperfect human being. But on the other hand you can select someone who is not really worse than you expected but perhaps it's rare. There are many people who believe who really they are, they stand on their own principle even they thought that they were not right! Even they thought that it was wrong, even they thought that it has no good outcome, why? Because they have a strong pride and they never care other people's life at all. Other people count of what they spent and they will say no more at all because that's the type of people they are, but counting the blessings that you spent is a big badluck in life... I have noticed that blogging is rocking again, I have recieved many OPP ( offers, reviews) these couples days ago to one blogging network. Well, this is sound good! Everyday I get Opp/review which makes me enthusiastic (lol), it's pretty cool hopefully it will continue to be like this it's great! I only have PR1 on my one blog- I have 3 old blogs and still have no changes, the page rank has never been increased, the 2 other blogs have zero page rank, it is been like that for many months, Google ignores to rate it (lol). I have a feeling that it would never raise again. Otherwise, there is a tendency that my page rank 1 on my one blog will drop down if I won't pay attention on it. Updating is very important, because supposedly I have 2 blogs that have PR1 and since I had never updated it, it goes down quickly (with no excuse!), pretty disgusting. Well, it's part in their rule perhaps so we have nothing to do with it then. So I will tell Blogging is not an easy task/job/lifestyle/because it needs time, effort, determination, and courage. My yahoo messenger in linux keeps crashing

I don't understand what happen on my yahoo messenger! I always got disconnected by the time I open it, and sometimes I can't log in to my account - it keeps crashing, it is pissing me off! I am using linux operating system and I am relaying on GAIM sofware that controlling the chat messengers. I am sure it is not happening in windows software. Or perhaps my laptop is broke. Well, the other programs are running properly except the messenger ( mainly the GAIM software), it keeps disconnecting and crashing, and by the time my yahoo is open it keeps closing when someone's trying to send me a message, it is pretty disgusting and disappointing! I don't know how to fix this kind of problem in linux, how I wish there some ways to fix it because I have lots of incoming messages that are blocked (I did not receive all of them because it keeps crashing). I experienced this problem weeks ago.

It sad to say Goodbye Autumn! Autumn season for us is the best and perfect season of the year as we know it is the moderate weather between the hot and cold season .It is a season of much change, when nature makes preparations for the cold winter months ahead using a variety of methods. September is often the month of autumn and end up to 6th of November and the winter season will follow as the autumn fall ends. It is an preparation for winter.

During autumn time, there is sadness as the leaves drop from our trees. It is the harvest time for all the fruits, a time of maturity. It's a transition from warm to cold weather and it is also associated with the Halloween season of the year.

During winter time our trees are definitely bald and dead and we barely see lives plants and colorful fresh flower anymore. For me winter is the most sad weather ever and we know mostly everybody won't like it. Have you heard about the flood in Manila Philippines? It was happening during the typhoon name "ondoy" in manila Philippines; this is the first time I heard that Manila's flooded and it was almost covered on entire Manila area. It's very sad that there are lots of people died because of the flood and many houses smashed and covered by flood. The typhoon started in the morning and people did not expect that the water becomes bigger/higher and deeper. I remember the same thing happened in Ormoc City where hundreds or thousands of people died caused by flood that was a real tragedy in ormoc. Now, we are shocked that it was happening again and this time it's attacking in capital city of the Philippines (Manila). They are spending billions to rebuild manila because apparently there are many crucial stuffs to repair cause by flood. Now Manila is on crisis time; no food for meantime and electricity. And Unfortunately there are 2 more typhoon coming that pointing to Philippines island. Hopefully it is not bad as "Ondoy."

Goodbye summer and welcome winter

Sad to say goodbye summer and welcome winter, I like fall season since I do not like hot weather neither cold; I hate freezing cold, it's stressful, how I wish I could live in a mild place. Winter season is almost started and sad to say goodbye fall - the coolest and perfect season of the year. I also love autumn! This time the winter will be additional stress in the bad economy (lol), it could be and it would be! In winter time you need and you must use, spend, and pay gas for the heater to run in your house to make it warm; as we all know using air conditioner during summer is cheaper and you can save more in bills than heater. I can't imagine the big difference of gas from Air conditioner last winter - it's very expensive! How I wish we don't have winter season (Lol), otherwise we can save more bills payment. In winter we consume much energy I guess. Well, as usual the only word we can say is "Welcome winter and goodbye summer!"
